Steve P. Rados, Inc. personnel are active in the support of industry groups and the general community. Wally Rados chairs two industry trust funds which fund a broad range of programs and projects designed to advance construction in California. Wally also is a member of the Board of Directors of The Beavers (an organization formed, organized and managed by the construction companies and individuals who are or have engaged in heavy-engineering construction). Steve S. Rados is currently the chairman of the Caltrans A.G.C. District Liaison Committee.
A number of SPR executives have held leadership positions in the AGC of California. These include chairmanships of the Heavy and Highway Engineering Division, the Southern California Collective Bargaining Committee, the Equal Opportunity Committee, and the Safety Committee.
Steve P. Rados, Inc. actively supports numerous charities and other worthwhile institutions.
