It is of foremost importance to SPR, running hand-in-hand with production and quality, that our projects and all of our employees are constantly focused on safety. Initiated in our orientation seminar for new employees and extending into application in the field, safety is a fundamental corporate value. Heavy and highway construction are full of inherent risks. Having the knowledge and the correct tools for the job in addition to attacking tasks and challenges while being mindful of the safety risks involved, are critical to getting a job done successfully and safely. Steve P. Rados, Inc. will give you the information and tools to get your job done safely. It is as important to us as it is to you that you arrive home to your families at the end of the work day in the same physical condition as you arrived to work that morning. From our Monday morning safety tailgate meetings, to our mentoring program for new employees, Steve P. Rados, Inc. is always looking out for your best interest on the job.An emphasis on safety is constantly being maintained with a full time safety director implementing the company's safety policies on all construction work.
