SPR greatly encourages college undergraduates to gain some experience
working for a heavy and highway construction company by joining our workforce
for a summer. We believe this to be an excellent opportunity to
gain some real hands on experience, which can be beneficial in one's future
studies and career.

"Although I have only been with the company for a short time,
the experience I have already gained has been tremendous. I have had the
opportunity to be part of a very talented management team. This management
team has taught me certain aspects of construction that you will not find
in a textbook. The management staff also follows the philosophy of “learning
by doing.” Yet they are there to answer your questions and guide
you at any given time. I would recommend Steve P. Rados to anyone seeking
an internship that would like to gain professional hands-on experience
with an accomplished company."

"Working as an intern for Steve P. Rados, Inc. for the past
several summers has given me the opportunity to be involved in some multi-million
dollar projects throughout all different phases of the project.
The management team of this company has always been concerned with creating
a well rounded summer work experience for me rather than simply assigining
tasks that needed to be completed. Steve P. Rados, Inc. has entrusted
me with somewhat large responsibilities for an intern, such as actively
participating in preparing estimates on large projects, all of which proved
to be excellent learning experiences. The staff has always been
helpful in teaching me certain unfamiliar aspects of the job, while at
the same time showing enough trust in me to allow me to think for myself.
Steve P. Rados, Inc. has given me the opportunity to experience an interesting
and exciting sector of this industry firsthand, and I think the value
of my college education has been improved because of the supplementary
education that this internship opporutnity has provided."
