"I have worked a variety of jobs in the last 13 years – from automotive repair to animal care to accounts payable. All of my previous experiences were interesting and each of them helped me grow into the person I am today. But making sure all the Rados Companies’ employees get paid correctly every week has been both the most challenging and most rewarding opportunity thus far.

Unlike most places I have worked, most of my co-workers have been with this company more than a decade. I believe it is because once you work for the Rados family, you are family. This company is a true testament to the beauty of the “American Dream.” Each time I hear the story of how the company started decades ago, I am proud to be a part of it today. Steve P. "Working for Steve P. Rados, Inc. for the last ten years has truly been a pleasure.  The owners have managed to foster an environment of professionalism while still keeping a family atmosphere.  In an industry of extreme highs and lows, the company is as solid as a rock.  One of the best aspects of working at Steve P. Rados, Inc. is the great reputation the company enjoys.  Our vendors old and new know they will be dealt with fairly.  My learning curve in Job Cost has been tremendous.  Coming from an Architectural background, I quickly realized that my experience had only begun to scratch the surface of Construction Job Costing.  I enjoy working closely with Project Managers to provide them with the financial information and reports needed to successfully run a project.  Each job poses new and different challenges so there is always opportunity to learn new things.  Firsthand knowledge of all that it takes to actually construct the freeways and bridges we utilize every day has been so interesting.  I find it very rewarding to see a project at completion and know my efforts have been an integral part of its success."
